Hyde Park market tonight

  • ​Confluence Market is happening at Sagebrush in Hyde Park (1609 13th St) from 4–8pm tonight. It's a night market featuring 20+ handmade vendors, live music, a mobile coffee pop-up from Mt. Crate Cafe, tiny tattoos, and a featured nonprofit each month. It's free to attend and super fun! Kids, dogs, and critters welcome.

The Easter bunny is in town

Easter is next weekend but the egg hunts are beginning this weekend. Here's a few:

Saturday, March 28

  • ​Red Rock Christian Church Egg Hunt is happening from 3-5pm. Bring the whole family for a fun-filled afternoon with three age-based egg hunts, face painting, games, and photos with the bunny.
  • ​Inclusive Community Easter Egg Hunt is happening at Tomlinson South Meridian YMCA starting at 10am. AdaptAble Foundation is hosting this free egg hunt designed so every child can participate. There's a carnival, an adaptive egg hunt for individuals with adaptive needs, and an outdoor hunt open to all families. It's free!
  • ​Egg Hunt is happening at Winstead Park at 1pm. The West Bench Neighborhood Association's 5th annual egg hunt features thousands of candy and toy-filled eggs, a visit from the Easter Bunny, prizes, and free hot dogs. It's free!
  • ​Easter at Sawtooth is happening at Sawtooth Winery from 12–4pm. This free family celebration features helicopter egg drops, egg hunts for all ages, live music, food trucks, face painting, a jump house, and photos with the Easter Bunny. It's free! (New this year: add on the "Bunny Hop Wine Crawl" between Sawtooth and Ste. Chapelle for $12. 21+)

  • ​Idaho Steelheads vs. South Carolina Stingrays is happening at Idaho Central Arena at 7:10pm. Tix stat at $30.

  • ​2C Wild West Spring Fest is happening at O'Connor Field House (2207 Blaine St, Caldwell) from 10am–6pm both days. It's a western fest from Caldwell Night Rodeo with shopping, food, and family-friendly activities. Tix are only $1.

  • ​Boise Flower & Garden Show is happening at the Boise Centre, Friday and Saturday 10am–6pm and Sunday 10am–4pm. It’s the biggest flower and garden show in Idaho, featuring spectacular garden displays, bonsai exhibits, live music, educational seminars, and 100+ vendors. Tix are $10/day or $15 for a 3-day pass.

Saturday, March 28

  • ​Cars & Coffee is happening at Indian Creek Plaza from 9am–12pm. It’s an outdoor gathering of classic muscle cars, modern supercars, and custom builds. It’s free!
  • ​Who Needs Space? Your Best Garden Ever in Containers is happening at North End Organic Nursery from 3–4pm. This free class covers which plants thrive in containers and how to maximize small spaces. It's limited to 30 attendees, so call 208-389-4769 to reserve your spot. It's free!
  • ​Paranormal Investigation is happening at the Old Idaho Penitentiary from 9:15pm–2am. It’s a limited-capacity ghost hunt with Big River Paranormal, using specialized equipment to attempt to connect with the spirits of former residents and guards. Tix are $45. 18+

Saturday, March 28 – Sunday, March 29

  • ​Treasure Valley Flea Market is happening at Expo Idaho on Saturday 9am–5pm and Sunday 10am–4pm. This is the last indoor flea market of the season. Dig through vintage items, collectibles, antiques, and more. Tix are $3, $2 for seniors, kids 12 and under free.
  • ​Pudu Estate Sale is happening in Meridian from 9am–2pm both days. You know I freaking love an estate sale. This one says it is packed with vintage collectibles, Legos, comic books, Pyrex, records, jewelry, quilts, clothing, sewing supplies, and more.

Sunday, March 29

  • ​Adult Gymnastics Open Gym is happening at Bronco Gymnastics from 12–2pm. Drop in and play on beams, bars, vault, a spring floor, trampolines, and foam pits . No experience required and a coach will be on hand for safety. It's $10, check or cash. 16+
  • ​Treefort Underground Disco Derby is happening at Main Street Station from 2–4:30pm. This free Treefort event kicks off with a Treasure Valley Roller Derby Grand Prix Race followed by an open skate disco with a live DJ set. Costumes highly encouraged. It's free!

Monday, March 30

  • ​American Murder: Gabby Petito is screening at the Egyptian Theatre at 7pm. Faces of Hope is hosting this free community showing of the Netflix docuseries, which covers Gabby Petito's disappearance and domestic violence warning signs. It's free!

  • There's a Pop-Up Bakery happening at Crone's Cupboard starting at 12pm. You can find fresh sourdough loaves, muffins, cookies, pretzel bites, brownies, and more - all handmade and small batch.

  • ​Coa Cantina Happy Hour is starting up and will be offered daily from 2–5pm. The hh menu includes $4 drafts, $6 wine, $5 house margaritas, and $7 top shelf. Noice.

  • ​Not To B!tch: A Rant Show is happening at Liquid Laughs from 8–10pm. It’s a comedy rant show where comedians vent, rant, and hilariously dissect the absurdities of everyday life. Tix are $20 in advance or $25 at the door.
  • β€‹β€œIt’s A Conspiracy!” Comedy Show is happening at The Creative Space at 8pm. It’s an improv comedy show where improvisers take you on a hilarious journey through conspiracy theories. Tix are $15.99 adults or $5.99 kids (5–12).

  • ​Story Story Night: Heart Eyes is happening at JUMP from 7–10pm (doors at 6:30pm). It's a live storytelling show with local storytellers and a public story slam. Expect to laugh, cry, and feel all the feelings. Tix are $23 or $12 for students.
